UV POWER METER
C8026
For absolute optical power measurement
OVERVIEW
The Hamamatsu UV power meter is designed to
measure absolute optical power in the UV to Va-
cuum UV region, in real time mode (mW/cm
2
) or in-
tegration mode (J/cm
2
). The sensor head employs a
UV sensor (UV phototube) calibrated based on the
NIST standard, allowing UV measurement with a
high degree of accuracy and stability over extended
periods of use.
This UV power meter is ideal for monitoring and
controlling the absolute quantity of UV light in vari-
ous applications such as cleaning, sterilization, cur-
ing and semiconductor process which utilize
excimer lamps or low-pressure mercury lamps.
FEATURES
GStable performance at deep UV since no
optical filters are used
Specific UV light can be directly detected without any optical filter.
GWide light incident angle
Acceptable light incident angle is close to cos
, even without using
diffusers.
GAbsolute optical power monitoring (mW/cm

Sensitivity-calibrated data at each wavelength (126 nm, 146 nm, 172
nm, 222 nm, 185 nm, 254 nm) is supplied with the power meter. We
also append a Certificate of Calibration.
GExchangeable sensor heads
Six major UV line spectra (126 nm, 146 nm, 172 nm, 222nm, 185 nm,
254 nm) can be monitored by simply exchanging the sensor heads.
GThin, flat sensor head: 18 mm thickness
Allows the sensor head to be used closer to a light source.
GExternal control
The main unit has RS-232C interface for external control.
