m WAVELENGTH RANGE
DESCRIPTION
FU-321SPA-*7 are avalanche photodiode module with
preamplifier, designed for use in high-speed, long haul
optical communication systems.
The butterfly package contains an avalanche photodiode
coupled with single-mode fiber pigtail and preamplifier.
