Description
PI74STX3GU04 is a triple unbuffered inverter that operates over the
1.65V to 5.5V V
CC
operating range. The internal design of a single
stage inverter makes this device especially suitable for crystal
oscillator or analog applications.
Pericom's PI74STX series of products are produced using the
Company's advanced submicron technology.

Application Note: When operating the PI74STX3GU04's unbuffered
output stage in its linear region, as in oscillator applications, the
maximum power ratings of the device and package need to be
carefully observed. The high drive design of the output stage can
cause substantial simultaneous conduction currents when the stage
is in its linear region.
