DESCRIPTION
The SD1143 is a 28 V gold metallized epitaxial
silicon NPN planar transistor designed for VHF
FM broadcast transmitters. This device utilizes dif-
fused emitter resistors to achieve infinite VSWR
at rated operating conditions.
