DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the latest development of
STMicroelectronics unique " Single Feature
Size
TM
" strip-based process. The resulting tran-
sistor shows extremely high packing density for
low on-resistance, rugged avalanche charac-
teristics and less critical alignment steps therefore
a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
