This Power MOSFET is the latest development of
STMicroelectronics
unique
"Single
Feature
Size
TM

strip-based
process. The resulting
transistor shows extremely high packing density

on-resistance,
rugged
avalanche
characteristics and less critical alignment steps
therefore

remarkable
manufacturing
reproducibility.
